Here is a very recent article on Dottie Caylor. For those of you who don't remember she is the woman who suffered from agorophobia and then disappeared with her husband as the prime (and only) suspect. There have been no arrests though.
http://www.contracostatimes.com/mld/...s/13448086.htm Its good to know they're at least still trying to find her. |

There have been several articles about her from the same news paper. Jule Caylor who is now retired in Utah, was running for some type of political position. But when people found out about what happened to Dottie he lost his popularity and dropped out. To this day he maintains that she is still alive. That there is one other person, a friend I believe who knows she is too but won't make that known to people. He claims that she has changed her identity and has written to him recently. He makes it clear that he is not the least bit interested in what she's currently doing or where she is.
The D.A. finally declared her dead after missing for 19 years. |

Well he isn't interested in where she is because he knows where she is.....probably 6 feet under because of him. You know I really admire Dottie's sister for helping her sister's case stay in the news. I think if it weren't for her it would be one of those cold cases you never hear of. I always thought it was a pretty obscure case and was suprised at how much there is about her on the net. One of those articles said that Diane Rusnak (Dottie's sister) stepped in so after Dottie was declared dead Jule wouldn't be awarded all of the marital assets and thanks to her and her attorney their assets are in limbo until something further happens with the case. Its quite obvious authorities think Jule is responsible or they wouldn't keep searching property that he owns they just don't have enough evidence to arrest him. I am glad that Jule knows they keep searching. I'm sure it gives him an uneasy feeling to know that hopefully one day they'll find her or at least gather enough evidence to put him behind bars where he belongs.

That's what I thought as well, but after reading a post here from someone whose name I can't remember...it changed my view. She said she could do just what has happened, and I imagine he was just so physically and mentally drained by her phobia that he really didn't care about her at all anymore. If people die on the news, you don't cry and mourn as much as a death warrants; instead, it might seem sad. Same here; he had become so drained that he no longer cared at all about here.
It might seem sick and impossible, but I think it's probably what happened. This event that he has had little or nothing to do with makes his life impossible to live like he wants. |
