I guess they've been getting a few hits requesting "Small Wonder," so they made an official page for it. They usually do this for highly requested shows that for some odd reason haven't been released yet (like Facts of Life.)

I entered my email address. I hope that this is a real DVD (as opposed to the bootleg ones they sell on eBay). Please, God, let it be that our voices have been heard. All people of the Small Wonder message board, click on the above link and enter your email address to be notified of when our favorite little girl robot will be released on DVD.
