Default As a child, were any of you afraid of any animals, bugs, etc? Do you still have...

any fear of those?

I HATE SNAKES. I love to watch documentaries on them, but! Ever since I can recall, I could never stand being too close to them, even if they are in a cage. To this day, they are not a fave with me.

Daddy long leg spiders, oh man, they would drive me crazy when I was a kid. As an adult now, they don't even phase me.

I hate snakes and any kind of bugs. Our house always had a lot of roaches in it. We always tried to get rid of them but those things would give me the creaps.

I'm afraid of birds, especially crows and pigeons.

I always freak out when one decides to fly near me. I always think of how it could peck my eyes out or use its talons to attach itself to me if it wanted to.

Moths. Scared me to death back then, and nothings changed. I was never a fan of dragonflies, and Im still not. Cats used to make me skiddish, but Ive since gotten used to them. I still dont trust them though.

We once had a wild bird fly in our house.

I hated, and still to this day am petrified of rodents. I don't care how cute, or small they are, they scare the crap out of me!! I once stayed on the top bunk of a bunkbed, during a sleepover for 12 hours, just to get away from a giant mouse I saw. The very sight of them gives me the creeps.

Bees and Dogs, Irene.....bees and dogs! LOL! People made fun of me for being afraid of dogs, but I am sorry, that's the way I was. Growing up, I've seen too many people run from dogs because the owners "sicked" the dog on them.
