I got the movie "hot chili" off Ebay a while ago, and it was really crazy! Allan Kayser is not the straightlaced little Bubba from "Mama's Family".

The movie is pretty silly, but it is good for cheap thrills and a couple of laughs!

I tried watching it once, but it was so awful. The acting was terrible, but the horrid script they were given didn't help things too much, either. It seemed like it was filmed with a home video camera.
