When buddy was seeing some girl who taught him how to scuba dive, and he almost drowned while wearing scuba in the living room?

That's the only episode I can remember because it was so funny to me back then.

I dunno man!

All I remember about this show was that one part of the episode, and later on in the episode he was doing swimming strokes on a skateboard on the floor! I remember trying that as a kid with some rather painful consequences...
