Here in England,, havent ever seen it, wondered what it tastes like, because i know its popular in America?

Maybe it's just me, but I've always thought it had sort of a bubblegum sort of taste (like the kind you get out of a gumball machine) with a hint of spice, like nutmeg or something...but that's the non alcoholic kind, I never had it spiked

It has that sweet taste. It's has a similar taste to milk only it tastes a lot better.

If it's got real rum in it, sh-t.

I like the kind you buy at the store with the rum flavoring in it. The real stuff's nasty.

I just know it tastes delicious. Every year, I can't wait for Thanksgiving, because I know that's when the stores begin to sell egg nog and boiled custard! I drink egg nog by the gallons. In fact, I've been buying about a quart a day for the past week! Of course, it's even better with just a touch of Southern Comfort to make for a relaxing time!

my boyfriend has had it and hes obsessed so hopefully when I go to his house for xmas eve there will be some for me to try, ive never it though and ive always wanted too

I love eggnog. I love the creamy and smooth texture of it, as well as the taste. Very good stuff!!

Eggnog is very sweet and smooth. I prefer it without the booze, That ruins the flavor of it. And it has nutmeg in it. But I rarely drink it because it has about a zillion calories. I would rather ingest those calories in my Christmas dinner.
