Finally found the Second Season DVD and bought it.
Here are some screencaptures from the documentaries.

That first picture has to be incorrect. The Munsters didn't air at 8, they always aired at 7:30.

By the way, where did you buy your DVD set? And how much?

DVD Empire.com has it ranging from 35 to 38 dollars.
It was that 7:30 timeslot that affected The Munsters ratings in 1966 because of Batman. Maybe they should of moved it to 8:00. Put some CBS show at 7:30 that was failing and was going to get the axe, anyway.
They say in the documentary that color was another factor.

I think The Munsters would have been cancelled anyway because of the extra cost of color film. To make The Munsters in color would have cost an extra $10,000 that neither CBS or Universal wanted to cough up.

I got the DVD set recently, but I haven't got to the documenaties yet. I will watch them tonight now.
