I don't have this service and don't really understand anything about it.... have they been airing ALL episodes of Stokes, or are they just recycling certain episodes? Like most people, I would like to see the later "controversial" episodes such as Bicycle Man and Bulimia, but its not worth getting if they just keep playing season 1 & 2 stuff over and over. Also, is Mr. Belvedere or the Hogan Family available on this service? I have yet to see great quality copies of these shows and I don't know if they will ever be available on DVD. Thanks.

They rotate the episodes about every month or so. They started with Season 1 and now are up to Season 3. I'm not sure if they skipped any Season 1 episodes as I didn't follow the schedule that closely. I believe they skipped 2 episodes from Season 2: 201 and 222. I didn't see episode 302 or 303 or it was pulled from the schedule before I saw it in the listings.
Solomon or anybody else, do you have a list of the episodes they skipped? Also, I was wondering if the two-part episodes in Season 1 and 2 on Comcast were unedited or the syndicated versions like the Season 1 DVD? The other shows they offer now are The Facts of Life, Three Stooges, and One Day at a Time. They've had Barney Miller, The Partridge Family, Maude, and SWAT in the past. All these shows are owned by Sony, so it's unlikely they would ever have The Hogan Family or Mr. Belvedere. Most, if not all, of the episodes are unedited which makes this a great service.. they wouldn't replace dvd sets though. |
