Did anyone else think that Carol was being a whiner when she felt that since they didn't use that brand of detergent, they shouldn't be "selling" it? My God, who cares. Do the damn commercial, get the money and shut up!!!

I know. Who would go to all that trouble to get the kids' clothes filthy and wash them in two different detergents...TWICE...just to see which one really cleaned the best?

A similar episode was done on Good Times...my God, how many times can we see the same episode on different shows...Kudos too abt why get the kids clothes all dirty???? dumb!!!

i cant see many parents agreeing to do that. wat if it just stained the clothes? lol 6 new pairs of clothes to get.. and poor alice having to wash them all!

Now that you said that, shouldn't Alice have been the one to ask abt detergent? She was the one who washed the clothes??
