What's the best web hosting plan?

Hey. I'm gonna start a new website tommorow called

but I need some suggestions. What is the best web hosting plan? Which place offers the cheapest one? Which one has the best features? I need help! I don't want to pick the wrong place to host my website.

I like BPPresence (now Virstate) - http://www.virstate.com/index.php

It's quite reasonably priced but the thing that set it apart for me is that there is no limit on bandwidth in their plans, so you can host what you want and not worry about that.

They also have automated some things like the phpBB setup so you can install a message board, for example, without a working knowledge of PHP. (And can still edit it, whatever, if you do have a working knowledge of it)
