Does anyone know what this story from 4/25/90 is about?

"a Virginia sting operation involving charges of fraud and bribery".

It was rerun on 8/29/90:

"the capture of 12 criminals in a reverse sting operation by Virginia authorities. (Repeat)"

At this point, your guess is as good as mine. I've seen numerous UM segments involving sting operations, but it looks like I'm going to need additional information in order for me to remember the one you described. At this point, I will just have to be lucky enough to see that segment on Lifetime (that is, if it has been rerun on Lifetime).
