had to wear braces? I had braces at that age and it was no big deal. No one in my school cared, no one made fun of me, it's just a normal thing that some kids go through. I feel like (looking back) they made braces seem like these horrendous things to have on your teeth.

it was kind of strange that she would react that strongly esp since being a drama queen was always more jans thing

What I thought was weird was how she only had braces for one episode!

I always thought that was weird, too. Maybe she had a really good orthodontist.

They must have used someone cheaper for Jan, because she had braces for an entire season. I wonder why Jan didn't freak out over her braces, anyway. She was much more insecure than Marcia.

Even Carol said "she only has to wear them for a little while". That was a very short little while, one episode. In that scene in the bathroom with her and Cindy, you can see that whatever they used for the braces, wasn't on her teeth properly; when Marcia smiled, it looked like only half the 'braces' were there.

If you look closely at Cindy in "The Snooperstar" (where she plays Shirley Temple), she appears to be wearing braces.

I believe I saw Bobby wearing them, too, at one point--can't remember the episode, sorry.

Yes, I've seen braces on Cindy and Bobby too, but it was never mentioned in the story line.

i think that they realy suited him. some people just look good with braces.
