London -- Michael Jackson may be the King of Pop, but he's not the biological pop of his two older children, his ex-wife says. Debbie Rowe, who is seeking temporary exclusive custody of Prince Michael Jr., 6, and Paris, 5, says she gave birth to the children after being artificially inseminated with anonymous donor sperm, according to legal papers.

Her lawyer and Jackson's spokesman could not be reached for comment last night.

When Jackson was interviewed for a British TV documentary, the singer insisted that the two children - who have white skin and light complexions - are biologically his.

In her legal papers, Rowe says she does not know the identity of the sperm donors, since a sperm bank was used. Before each insemination, she says, she agreed to refrain from sex for six months to avoid "any possibility of semen being introduced into my body other than by wayof surgical artificial insemination."

Dr. Hal Danzer, a Beverly Hills specialist, performed - in May 1996 - the insemination that produced Prince Michael Jr. and inseminated Rowe again in 1997, Rowe said. Paris was born in April 1998, and the couple got divorced the following year.

Rowe reveals she entered into a surrogacy agreement with Jackson in 1996, nine months before their marriage ceremony. She also agreed to "knowingly and voluntarily waive my right to contest Michael's paternity," the newspaper said.

Rowe says that in return for bearing the children, she got a payoff of more than $3 million, along with a home, car, clothes, furs and jewels. Jackson later had his third child, Prince Michael 2nd, with a second surrogate mother.

She had the right to see them once every 45 days, but later gave up the visits.

She also says "Michael's involvement with a cult, Nation of Islam, is horrifying to me." Rowe, who converted to Judaism in 1982 before marrying her first husband, says "our children are Jewish" and in her view Nation of Islam members "do not like Jews."

The brewing custody fight is just the latest legal battle to land on Jackson's plate. He is due back in a California court Feb. 13 to face charges that he molested a 13-year-old cancer patient who stayed at his Neverland Ranch.

Jackson has denied the allegations.

He must have renigged on a deal he probably made with her to screw up the prosecution in his trial.

I always wondered who Michael thought he was fooling. I mean, at least one of the kids has BLONDE HAIR!!

Maybe I'm not a rocket scientist, but I always thought that if one parent is a black person, then it's genetically impossible to have a blonde child.

Not only blonde but eyes so blue they show up even through a veil .

speaking about the Jackson's, are there any white ancestors that could be showing up in the grandchiildren anyways? LaToya is quite light-skinned herself, granted, not like MJ, but she is light enough that you wonder if one of her grandparents were white.

Not necessarily true! I mean look at Mariah Carey. She has one black parent but she looks more white than black & she has blonde hair too. It doesn't matter,there's instances where Bi-Racial couples have children that favors one race more than the other.This may come as a shock, but you'd be surprised what's in your gene pool. Alot of white people have actually traced some of their heritage to indian & black people & vice versa with other races.So just because you're black or white or whatever, don't think you're fully that because you look like it.

On another note I believe Michael Jackson paid Debbie Rowe to say those children are biologically his. I think he's gay & this was his way to prove the world that he was straight, but it failed. It doesn't matter to me if he's gay or not, he's still a great entertainer. Sadly, Mike has some serious issues.

I have a half-sister who looks white(she is mixed), and not black because she got her skin color from her dad(my stepdadwho has a fair skin color), not my mom's milk chocolate skin color........ My half-brother's skin color actually looks mixedbecause he got a blend of both of their colors.....I know another girl who is mixed, but took her dad's milk chocolate skin color,and not her mom's fair skin color........ So it could be possible for Jackson to have those kids.

Not if Debbie is filing legal docs saying they are not. The argument is not whether they are his or not, it is obvious they aren't; I just find it funny that this biological mother of these children is now concerned for their welfare. Is it true concern or is she in need of $$$$ that Michael is no longer giving her?

She made that obvious in the trial. however, if she is filing legal documents stating that he is not the natural father, then it's obvious that DNA testing will be put into play here. That would be the only way to really know.

What a mess. They need to get those kids away from MJ, not that Debbie Rowe would make a better parent. She's always struck me as having a few screws loose herself. Scary to think of the stories these kids may tell in 20 yrs.

Exactly!!!! A woman seeking what she is seeking wouldn't do this legal maneuver if she was lying. Unless she is really looney and cuckoo. The fact that Jackson has denied her allegation tells me that he and his legal counsel will surely have to do something to keep her mouth shut and drop this suit. A DNA test will be required. How will Jackson avoid that? If those children are his, he will have no problem doing the test.

He was never believable to me anyways, I mean seriously, just after the trial he moves to Bahrain. Bahrain has the most sympathetic laws to pedophiles in the world. If I wasn't convinced he was guilty before, I am now.

His actions and his words are miles apart.
