Default What do you and your friends do for fun?

It seems like my friends and I go out to eat more than anything...lol. Sometimes we go to Applebees, other times a diner. It depends on our mood. There's also the movies, which we go to at least once a month or watching DVDs at one of our houses (which usually means talking and laughing throughout the whole thing )

Oh, and something special we do whenever we can-- fondue! There's this really cute place called Toast where we live and we usually splurge on the $25 dollar chocolate fondue, which is really fun to split between four or five people. It ends up being about $5 a person and it has strawberries, bananas, graham crackers, rice crispie treats, apples, pineapple, etc to dip in either white chocolate or dark chocolate. We do that every so often...it's soo much fun. It's probably hard to find a place that serves fondue (since it was mainly a craze in the 70s), but I'm sure you can find a place near you that might do it. It's a lot of fun.

Make prank phone calls.

Kidding. We shop, go for lunch or dinner and go to the movies.

My parents wouldn't let me stay out at public places with just my friends until I was almost 15.

Anyway, my friends and I are all poor college kids so we don't like to do anything that requires spending money so we normally hang out at someone's house.

We go to the mall, hang out in San Francisco and other parts of the Bay, watch movies, and hang out at each other's houses.

they count on me for entertaining them in class. art is the best, i'm not intimidated by anyone or anything there. i'm always yelling stupid and irrelevant comments and questions to the teacher, making everyone laugh, fiddling with equipment, bouncing around the room and just being an ass. that class rules. everyone loves me. i'm same way in choir, but i support that class and there's less things to do in there so it's not as bad.

and of course there's hanging out on myspace. if you're on my friends list and read my bulletins, ya enough said, they always come to me the next day and be like "OMFG I READ YER BULLETIN THAT WAZA SO FUNNY!!11!" haha i have so many comments on my page from people in choir saying how much fun i am in that class.

I don't "hang out with friends in person" as often as I'd like to. When we do we usually go out to eat at a restaurant or socialize at each other's home parties (usually birthday parties).

I don't do it at all. All my friends live in different states.

Well, it varies with which friend I'm with. If I'm hanging out with my friends Virginia or Brittany, I listen to them talk about how they can't stand another one of my friends. If I'm with my friend Rachel, we go hiking or play truth or dare or listen to her recite The Lion King word for word. If I'm with my friend Karli, we sing songs from musicals ("Good morning starshine..."), pretend we're from the 1920s, or make up sitcom episodes using ourselves as characters. With Leah, we usually bother this kid on the bus (his name is Peter), make fools of ourselves, play with stuffed animals, ask random people on the street if we can take a picture with them, and stuff like that. And if we're all together, we just talk.

Well, now that most of my friends have gone off to college, I only have a few close friends close to me. We try to do a movie night once a week...it depends on how much energy we have. One of my close friends and I go to Starbucks/B&N at least once a week and just sit and talk. Movies and dinners are done occasionally (it's too expensive being college students!). Oh...and the beach. The beach is an absolute must.

We ALWAYS go to the movies. I hate it. It's way to expensive... $9.50 for a ticket plus another eight bucks if you want popcorn and a soda. It's ridiculous. I'd rather stay home and watch something, atleast that doesn't cost anything.
