From my favorite sitcom:

The turkey drop scene from WKRP in Cincinatti is a classic.
(episode: "Turkeys Away").

It is really quite funny.

Talking

I like the scene in "Taxi" where Jim's taking his drivers test (I know, I know, but hey, it's a sitcom! ) and he asks Bobby "What does the yellow light mean?" Bobby says "slow down!" so Jim says "wwwhhhaaattt doooesss thththeee yyyelllowww liiight meannn?" Bobby keeps answering "SLOW DOWN!" and Jim keeps reapeating the question, each time doing it ssslooowwwer & ssslllooowwwerrr.

Any scenes from the episode of Friends "The One Where The Stripper Cries" (I think) that involve Joey's Pyramid story. I have never laughed at a TV show som much in my life. Paper... Snow... A Ghost!

The scene from "NewsRadio" in the episode "Smoking" where Bill and Dave shout at Matthew. It's funnier than it sounds. Of course just about any scene from the first four (of five) seasons of "NewsRadio" are hilarious.

Bill is going overboard teaching Dave how to give speaches.

Dave: This is starting to resemble a scene from "Fame".

Bill: You want fame, it starts right here.

Jed: "They don't? How come?"
Pearl: "I don't rightly know. Jethro would know. He's goin' ta school." (she calls Jethro over) "Jethro, your rich uncles got a question fer ya."
Jethro:"What rich uncle, ma?"
Pearl: "Your rich uncle Jed!!"
Jed: "Jethro, how come they ain't got no snow and ice in Californie?"

Carlton: For a long time it gave me nightmares, it shows that the world can sometimes be cruel. I can still hear them taunting him. "Silly Rabbit, Trix are for kids." Why couldn't they just give him some cereal?!

The scene from Roseanne where Jackie, Dan, and Roseanne, are in the bathroom smoking marijuana is definitely one of the funniest scenes Iv'e ever seen.

Several scenes from Everybody Loves Raymond:

Turkey or Fish
When Debra starts to panic when she can't find the squash and starts to cry after they finally find it in the oven.

Good Girls
When Ray tells Debra that Marie likes Amy better than her and Debra tells Ray she has a lot of preperation to do before the competition and then goes up the stairs singing.

How They Met
When Ray unknowingly knocks Debra onto the floor with the fridge.

Boob Job
After Debra takes the socks out of her top and she says "I've had three kids you know, these are not just for show, these were working breasts!"

Bad Moon Rising
When Debra yells at Ray about everything he's ever done to her and shoves him into the bookcase.

Those are the ones I can think of now, there are tons more from the other season but I'll write them later.

Smile Two Of The Greatest And Funniest Sitcom Scenes

Here are two of the greatest and funniest sitcom scenes. One of them comes from the popular British sitcom "Fawlty Towers".

"Sanford And Son"

Episode # 11 "TV Or Not TV"

Fred is in the hospital pretending to have amnesia as part of a scheme to get back at Lamont after Lamont buys a car instead of buying him a color TV. Lamont is talking to the ear, nose, and throat doctor about Fred's condition when Fred starts calling out for Arthur Matthews and Melvin at two separate times since he thinks they are in the room and tells them to come in and watch some color TV with him. Then Fred says how he wishes he had a color TV and hopes that he gets a color TV where he is going meaning with Elizabeth. He then asks Elizabeth if there is a color TV up there.

"Fawlty Towers"

Episode # 1 "A Touch Of Class"

Basil is seating his confidence trickster guest Lord Melbury in the dining room for lunch at a table by the window where Basil says Lord Melbury will be sitting during his stay at Fawlty Towers. Basil holds the chair and just as Lord Melbury is about to sit down, Basil moves the chair back and Lord Melbury falls and the table gets knocked over.

One of my favorite scenes is in the episode of I Love Lucy where Lucy gives birth. The way that Ricky, Fred, and Ethel calmly rehearse the scenario of her announcing that "the time has come!" and then the way ACTUALLY respond is just beautifully done. So, so, so funny.

Of course there's the classic Friends episode The One With the Embryos. Any time they show the gang playing the trivia game, it's awesome.
