Default I had no idea it was Good Times Marathon this weekend

It was probably posted but I must have forgotten. I still think it's silly for a Cable Network to have a Weekend Thon of a show TWICE in a 5 month period.

I forgot too. I was thinking I would have to watch Top 10 or something. I don't think I am going to watch much of the marathon. I have seen them to many times in a short period of time.

It's not stupid if the show is one of the networks highest rated shows. Money always make sense to a business.

It still doesn't make sense because the show has been on every night since July and now another WEEKENDTHON when you just had one in July? Maybe it should be another weekendthon in January since the show is doing well on TV LAND

But respect other people's opinion's and taste if they are watching and enjoying it. Yeah, it's been overplayed to you and me. But if somebody else is enjoying it, you shouldn't get on this board and challenge their taste. You do want this board to be active, don't you?

Maybe TV LAND should have a Good Times marathon every 4 months since it's doing so well in the ratings-LOL

I actually enjoyed the marathon! It allowed me to catch up on a lot of episodes I hadn't seen before. For instance, I saw the second part of the episode where JJ gets shot, but not the first. I finally got to see the first part...and man was it dramatic!

Oh, and I finally got to see the episode where James dies...that was acted out very well if you ask me! So many emotions in that episode!
