Why were all of James Evans jobs off screen like Thelma's?-LOL - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

As major of a character he was on the show, you would think that one episode could have been showing James working at the Car wash or the Construction site. This may surprise some of you but I wouldn't have mind seeing J.J AT THE RIB SHACK once or twice rather than just seeing him come hom with that dumb hat on his head.

And it bothered me that Florida was never showed at any of her job sbut dumb a$$ Willona was showed the stupid Botique

Why was it suddenly alright for Florida to have a job is the question I want to know? We didn't see what she did, but we know there was inventory involved because that's why her boss and her went to the japanese restaurant to celebrate.

GT could have been more interesting to show individual live of each main characters and how they dealt with the problems.

James on the other hand had multiple jobs or -in-between jobs.
