Jim, light bulb in public bathroom

Trying to remember episode where Jim was telling a story about peyote and an Indian Chief.........I think it was linked to a light bulb in a public restroom. Anyone remember?

Jim and Alex were talking about hitting rock bottom and Alex was desperate to obtain money to feed his gambling addiction. Alex figured he could distract Jim by having him look at the light. With Jim's concetration on the light Alex was going to steal Jim's wallet but decided not to. I don't remember Jim talking about an Indian Chief but he was giving Alex an example of hitting rock bottom and he might have talked about the Indian Chief.
