Default Kind of a let down...

The whole chris thing was good... b ut I was kind of disappointed with the rest of the episode... it was kind of dry. I wanted Luke to tell Lorelai so bad.... i dunno, maybe it was just a prep episode... maybe the next one will have a little more meat.

I agree Ms. Orange. It wasn't my favorite episode of the season. But it wasn't bad at all. I just was expecting more, considering last week's eppy dropped a huge bombshell. I really wanted Luke to tell Lorelai, but I know she can tell something was up when he didn't react the way she thought he would to the news about Christopher. But still...I agree...they left us hanging. I can't wait until January! So many things left unresolved!

I agree with you two as well, it was a pretty weak episode, although it was nice to see Rory and Lorelai sharing the screen again.
One thing I missed was a scene with Richard and Emily. They played such a big part in Rory's storyline this year, and now they're gone.

So Christopher is loaded now, thanks to his Grandpa.. I guess his Dad didn't leave him any cash when he died a while back.

Big question is - is this the end of Lane and Zack?

I wanted a scene with "the E & the R" too. I want to see their reaction to the cutting of the strings so to speak. I also wanted to see Logan. I liked seeing his sister again though. Has she already gotten married? If not, then maybe they could show her wedding and Rory can get into Mitchum's face? I'd like to see that! IF Logan and Rory make up, which I think they will. Matt is signed on for the whole season, right?

I also kinda wanted to see more of April.

And Kirk! I miss my Kirk moments! The Tai Chi thing was not enough!

Anyhow, I think Zack should have told Lane how he felt! He was being jealous and dumb! GRRR! I think this may be the end, but I'm not sure.

The next eppy is in January by the way. So not until 2006 will we get to see what happens next.

I know that you guys will probably want to throw things at me for this, but the entire sixth season thus far has been a bit of a let down for me. It's not the same as it used to be. The show definately peaked in it's fourth/fifth seasons... I don't know what's going on now...

I can understand your feelings. They took a big gamble this season when they separated Lorelai and Rory - after all, their tremendous bond was the core of the show. Their estrangement definatly shifted the tone of the show this season.

Watching the reruns of season five which are now on ABC Family, I have to say that season 5 was thier best season. Every episode clicked. They were at the top of thier game last season.

I am excited to see how Lane and Zach play out... it'll be nice to see Lane get a little more screen time.

Even more bad news and there is no other way out of it for me, I am taking a class on Tuesdays that go from 5:30 to 8...CENTRAL. Know what that means?

I HAVE TO MISS GILMORE GIRLS ALL THE TIME.

I can NEVER be home to watch it live. Ever. Stupid college schedule. It is the ONLY course available and I need it for my major.

I'm so sorry!

I think I may have to have that happen in the near future as a few of the classes for my major are offered only in the evening as well.
