I remember this being profiled on a some TV show back in the '80s and I'm wondering if it was UM.
There was this young couple that had been dating for about 2 years, and then the guy becomes really possessive when the girl takes a job at the local mall. I think there was a male employee that the boyfriend thought had the hots for the girl. Then she breaks it off with the boyfriend, but she begins receiving these odd letters. Then on her answering machine the song "Two Of Hearts" by Stacey Q plays. This keeps up for about a month, and then the girl goes missing. The police found out it was the boyfriend that kidnapped her. However, I'm not sure if they ever tracked them down. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Now I have that damn song in my head.... http://www.content.loudeye.com/scrip...900&cid=600111 UGH! |

I'm familiar with the Stacey Q song "Two of Hearts", but the story you described doesn't sound familiar. As this point, I'm assuming that UM never did such a story. Maybe that case was presented on another show.

Yeah, I was pretty certain UM didn't feature this case -- but I thought I should ask anyway to be sure I think it happened in Ohio. I'll try to find more info about it. |
