Default People who talk in movies.

Don't you hate it when people talk during movies, when there is a scary part or suspense part people will talk or sometimes I have gone into the movies and people will talk all the time and when the lights go up they quite talking.

It depends on how loud, how much, and what they talk about. If they were whispering inaudibly during the scary part, I wouldn't mind. BUT...if they were whispering to each other LOUDLY and CONSTANTLY and were practically spoiling the movie for me, then yes, I would mind.

It only happened once to me, but it was VERY annoying. It was a comedy, and
some couple in the theatre were arguing very loudly ... throughout the entire
picture! I didn't truly enjoy the movie until it came out much later on video.

I hear people talk a lot in movies. I don't mind them talking. I also noticed people talk during previews and some people even talk in the movie. If some people were talking to each other really loud then I would't want them to talk.

I hate when people talk in the movies! I find it so rude that they would spoil it for everyone else who actually wants to see the movie! If I'm paying $10 a ticket, I actually want to hear the movie, not some teens talking throughout the film. I don't even like when my friends start to talk to me during the movie.

I actually had a bad experience seeing the first Saw movie. We were in a small theater and the place was PACKED with pre-teens who kept yelling during the movie and screaming loudly during the scary scenes ( which I don't mind in small doses but they kept dragging it on just trying to be obnoxious).

Like Karen Foster said, I don't mind the whispering here and there...but when people try to spoil the movie and yap throughout the whole thing, I get pissed.

If what they are saying is funny and the whole theater is laughing I don't mind.

It bothers me a lot. I'm one of these people who likes to concentrate on every aspect of a movie, each detail of what's going on, every bit of dialogue. When people talk during a movie, I think I'm going to miss something important in the movie.

Talking during a movie is one of my pet peeves as well. I don't mind boisterous laughter or the occasional comment, but to carry on an entire conversation about some other matter during a movie is just plain annoying...

I remember the talking got so bad I told the teens to be quiet loud enough for them to hear me and it worked, lol.
