1. Was his name listed on the opening credits of the fourth season?

2. Was he at Thelma's and Keith's wedding?

And I think he was at the wedding but not on the opening credits in the fourth season.

At start of the 4th season, he was still just making ocassional appearances on the show nd was not a cast member. I only remember seeing him once in season 3, the episode Rent Party

SOL, he was on an episode in season 2. He was blackmailing James into fixing all those things.

Right, he was seen once in season 2 and once in season 3

I think the reason Bookman wasn't on there so much later on was he was on Chico & the Man. I remember on that one he played Big Bernie who worked for Dellas catering...
