Completely Done? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I know many people hate to compare TV shows to one another. I do sometimes to. But let's face it: Some shows are in the same "genre", and are going to be compared....
...My question is, does anyone think there's going to be another show similar to Buffy. Or just another show that deals with Magic and Superpowers and fighting??? When ALias, Charmed, and Smallville are done, will there be anything else? I know there's "Lost" and "Supernatural", but will there be other shows as successful like Buffy or Charmed?

I think there will always be shows like these, there are too many fans of this genre. There always have been. I think Buffy and Charmed just reminded them that fans like us are still out there and have gotten much bigger.

There will always be shows of this genre... but to me it dosen't matter because Buffy is the only one I like anyways. (with the exception of Angel)
