who would you choose? Dynomite JJ? Social-issues Michael? Hard-working James? Cool but firm Florida? Hot sexy Thelma? Bufallo Butt Bookman? Rich but nutty Sweet daddy? Gossippy but fun Willona? Cute little Penny? Athlete Keith? Anybody else I didn't mention?

I think that I would wanna be best friends with Michael because he intelligent and he has a very good caring heart. He seems like one of those people who I would never get bored talking to ya know? Plus he is interested in Africa...I'm an African! ;-) We could exchange a lot of things and learn from each other. He would be a great best friend.

How about the rest of ya'll? Who would you be best friends with?

Willona. She seemed to be someone (though faced with a lot of hardship in her life) always had a smile on her face; she also looked like someone with whom, enjoyed life to the fullest and embraced the future instead of reliving the sorrow s of the past.

As a kid Michael for the reasons you mentioned

As an adult James because you could depend on him and he seems like someone who could get you out of a mess.
Also I am a weakling and real skinny like JJ so he could fight for me
