Default 2006 Munsters movie Update

The Wayan's brothers have decided to film the movie in Canada. The house they are going to use, is all set and ready for filming.

Here you go Dirtprod, you will finally get to see that Widescreen Munsters movie. LOL

Haven't there been enough Munsters remakes already (THE MUNSTERS TODAY
with John Schuck and two made-for-TV movies with new casts)?? The only
halfway decent one was the TV-movie with Edward Herrman as Herman, because he is the only actor who really resembled Fred Gwynne. You would
think that after the disappointing box office turnout for BEWITCHED and THE
DUKES OF HAZZARD that the studios would look elsewhere for inspiration
instead of making insipid remakes of classic TV shows.

Seems to be a difficult job in matching the original. It'd be nice if the Wayans are the ones who can finally do it.

One of the most terrific shows ever put on the airwaves, and they're making a mockery of it. 9 dollars to see a rotten remake of a TERRIFIC TV show, who wouldn't go to see it? What has this world come to? This is bound to be just as bad or worse than The Honeymooners remake, which is another example of a TERRIFIC show gone bad as a remake.

Me too, I hope this movie doesn't turn out like The Honeymooners.

I haven't seen the big-screen versions of THE HONEYMOONERS, BEWITCHED or
THE DUKES OF HAZZARD and have no burning desire to. I'd rather watch the
originals.

I saw Bewitched, I thought it was actually pretty good. The Dukes of Hazzard... HORRIBLE!

Default i usually hate those movie of tv show remakes

it is always hard to take other actors and actresses playing the characters we all know and love from the tv shows.plus the writting is cheezy.they usually
are disapointing.

Um, this is disgusting. Without the original cast, it is going to be garbage.

I'll probably see it, but I won't like it. I'd like to see a Munsters movie that is like Here Come The Munsters, but more faithful to the original from the characters to the interior/exterior of the Mansion at the Universal lot.

I have liked all incarnations of the Munster format, as I dont compare each to the last... am looking forward to this movie!
