There are so many great lines in this show that's it's hard to pick.
One that sticks with me though is from Dan: "Can I spread it out for you in a nutshell?" I love that because I have a friend who is always mixing her metaphors - last week she said, "It's like beating a dead dog." Another one from Dan: When he's trying to get Casey to tell Dana that Gordon slept with Sally and Casey won't because it's not the manly thing to do, "Do it in a deep voice." Besides cracking me up I just love the way Josh Charles says the line. I could go on and on - the writing on this show was so good. It's a shame it got cancelled - thank heaven for Comedy Central running the repeats. I'd love to get them all on tape. |

That is an impossible question. Sports Night is so witty, there are fantastic quotes in every single episode.
I do love Isaac's comebacks to people telling him their problems in Season 1: ISAAC: Oh my God, were you talkin' to me that whole time? JEREMY: You want me to start again? ISAAC: Yeah. But first, could you just hit me over the head with that blunt instrument over there? And Casey's "We're just hotting up at Dan and Casey's Dan Fever" is pretty damn good too. I could be here all day listing them so let's just say I love them all
