It looks like a smashed up Pie on front of his shirt when he was standing on the balcony. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I never knew what the hell that was on his shirt.

It appears to be a cartoonish type character with a rainbow afro. It appears to be a caricature of a black man. The body is real small, but the afro is HUGE!!!!

When I saw it for the first time in 89, I always thought it was a smashed Pie-lol

YEP, for sure, those sound like what that could be...or, it's a shirt with a rainbow on it but the shirt stretched out from his size and it got warped!!!!!!

Oh yeah, you have to remember that Rerun's shirt is "stretched out"...meaning, that it could be anything from a smashed pie (like Retro TV says) OR, even a warped rainbow like Irene implies!
