Default Need help with a sitcom

I have no idea what the show was, but I do remember it was on in 1994, 1995, or 1996. It was on around the same time as "Soul Man".

I only remember it was a family show, and one of the daughters had a friend who had really short, Dykie brown hair. I have no idea what the name of the show was. I think it was on the same channel as Phenom/ Soul Man. I bet it was one of those short-lived shows. It might have been ABC, because I watched a lot of ABC in the 1990s. It was a sitcom on a weeknight I think, not on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

The relationship with this girl and her friend were sort of like DJ and Kimmy, I think. It seemed pretty interesting, but freaky with the girl with the short hair. I was 11-13 at the time, so I wouldn't remember.

It's not a sitcom, but might the show you're thinking of be My So Called Life? It fits your ABC/mid 90s/weeknight/short-lived/family show criteria except that on this show the girl with the "dykie" hair was a guy.

A rich guy with adopted daughters - show name?

In the early 80's, I think, was a show about a rich guy who adopted a bunch of girls. Anyone remember the show or the names of any of the actors?

No, I don't think it was My So Called Life.

It was a sitcom. I remember a laugh track, and lighting was sorta like Who's the Boss set or something. I remember a kitchen scene and it looked like a sitcom I would watch, but I was always busy with school and stuff back in the days.

I just remember the girl with the dyke hair. It was a girl, I know it was. I found a website on My So Called Life, and it isn't like a sitcom at all.

The girl with the dyke hairstyle was kind of a mix of Cousin Jeri from "The Facts of Life" and Wynoda Ryder from Lucas all mixed into one.

I remember she had brown hair and it was short and she looked boyish, but I can't remember the name of the show. I just know it was a sitcom that aired on one of those 3 networks and it was on in 95 or 96. I really don't think it was on in 94. It must have been short-lived like "Soul Man". But I do remember shows like "Soul Man", "Dinosaurs", and "Phenom" were still airing original episodes at the time this show was on. Maybe it was Phemom? Did she have a friend who had butch hair? I doubt it, because I would have remembered it.

That show was called "Rags To Riches". I used to watch it in the 80's.
