Who was that short friend of Chachi's with the black, curly hair? He was on the show during the early-80s. Remember that 2-parter about the 4th of July when Chach cheated on Joannie while she had to work at the hot-dog stand with Picollo? Well, this friend was with Chachi on the beach and this blonde threw a frisbee at them and signaled for Chachi to come over. The short curly hared friend of Chachi's thought that the blonde was signaling to him instead, only for her to signal to him that she DID NOT want him (poor guy). What was that dude's name? Was he also in JLC? I used to work with someone who I thought looked just like him and when I tried sharing this with the other co-workers, all I could say was "doesn't he look like 'Chachi's friend'?" And while we're at it, who was the actress who played that blonde? Was she ever in anything else? She was hot. She was.

I think that was Bobby who was with Chachi. Look on Cast info - it says he was played by Harris Kal
