Default "THE MUNSTERS" credit overlay before actual credits!

I was watching the 2nd season and I noticed several episodes in which there was a "THE MUNSTERS" credit before the normal opening credits and some were different than the normal house overlay. These overlays occur in the first opening segment. Notice that there are two House versions, the "Normal" house version as seen in the normal credits and a "Different" house version.

There are only 5 Episodes in which "THE MUNSTERS" credit appear overlaid on a picture other than the house. Don't know why these were special?

Movie Star Munster (Normal house)

Herman the Rookie (Normal house)
Country Club Munster (Different house)

Love Comes to Mockingbird Heights (Normal house)
Lily Munster, Girl Model (Different house)
Munster the Magnificent (Different)
Herman's Happy Valley (Normal)
Hot Rod Herman (Normal)
Herman's Raise (Different)
----------------------------------------
**Herman, The Master Spy ( Munster Koach)

Bronco-Busting Munster (normal house)
**Herman Munster Shutterbug (family on couch)

Herman, Coach of the Year (different house)
Operation Herman (Normal house)
**Lily's Star Boarder (Herman at front door)

A Man for Marilyn (Normal house)
Will Success Spoil Herman Munster (normal house)
**Herman's Peace Offensive (Herman at fence)

**The Fregosi Emerald (Marilyn getting gifts Grandpa/Herman with paper hats)

Herman, The Tire-Kicker (Normal house)

Just for variety. The only other show doing that at the time, was Gilligan's Island.

When Gilligan's Island started puting in teasers before the credits they introduced an overlay. I'm guessing it's so people will instantly know which show they're watching and keep viewing.

Where did the second house come from? Where was it in proximity to the first house?

Default "different house"

looks to me as though they were simply establishing the time of day, a daylight exterior scene and a night time exterior scene.

The scene shown was whatever the episode would have opened up with with or without the overlay.

This happened with dramas with teasers as well. Mission: Impossible and Mannix had overlays from 1970-72. Gunsmoke (?-1972) and Hawaii Five-0 (1968-72) had separate short films (Matt Dillon riding a horse or shooting the bad guy and the famous Hawaii Five-0 wave) to indicate the series before the teaser. CBS removed teasers from its programs in 1972.

Where is the second house? From what I can tell, this is the same exact house, just shown at night.
