A cross-over is when a character from one Tv series appears as the same character on another series.
I am looking for the following classic Tv crossover appearances of
Barnaby Jones/Cannon
Murder She Wrote/Magnum PI
Magnum PI /Simon And Simon
Dragnet/Adam 12
Green Acres/Beverly Hillbillies
All in the Family/Maude (looking for the episode where Archie and Edith
visit Maude)

The episode when Archie and Edith visited Maude was not a crossover, it was the Pilot of Maude which was a All in the Family Episode.

I have these. Also Adam 12/Emergency, and others. Email or pm me and send your list. I am particularly looking for the Rookies/SWAT crossover, which according to Retro would not qualify as a crossover, but that's just being picky.
