Default Worst Sitcom Character...in your opinion.

I couldn't stand Screech Powers from Saved By The Bell. My girls would watch that show when they were younger and hearing that irritating voice and hearing the dumb things he said was sooooooooo idiotic.

Chachi from Happy Days. Why oh why couldn't they use Fonzie's nephew as an addition to this show instead of this lame cousin? I couldn't stand him

you mean Spike? - he was also Fonzie's cousin, he just called him uncle because he was older

as for Chachi's uselessness, I think Flip has him trumped... unless someone can explain those ridiculous midriff-baring halfshirts in what was supposed to be the early sixties

Yes Spike....thanx...ah, that would have been awesome.

Yeah, again, i will say that Slappy Days, ooops, I mean, Happy Days didn't stay with the period piece too long after season two. Slooooooowwwwwlllly they faded away from that and just went for laughs (cheap ones too) and way outta there stuff. Those damn half-shirts, ridiculous and idiotic, and oh yeah, pathetic. Chachi didn't help either with his tight 70's jeans, that 70's hair, that AWFULLY STUPID LEG HEAD THING THERE, yeah that damn handkerchief. I remember watching Gary Marshall saying they were trying to go for some sort of, can't think of the word, but he was hoping all the kids watching the show would catch on to that and kids would be seen wearing those damn bandanas on their legs. STUPID STUPID STUPID.

Ross Geller (David Schwimmer) on Friends. Just a whiny simpering loser. So annoying.

Ray Barone on Everybody Loves Raymond. Wait, scratch that. EVERYBODY on that show I despise.

Roger Phillips (Ted McGinley) on Happy Days. Not funny at all!

Pippa on The Facts of Life. See above.

Cousin Oliver on the Brady Bunch. See above.

Roseanne's mother on Roseanne - what a shrill, overbearing hag.She was on the show FAR too much in the later years.

I got quite a few, Irene.

Alice from Alice(she was the worst and boring lead character I ever seen)

Sam and Maggie from Diff'rent Strokes

Lamont from Sanford and Son

Keith from Good Times

OMG, that's how long it's been since I have seen ODAAT!!! Yeah, Howard Hessman...i like him as an actor, and u are right abt his character. It's almost, not alot, but almost like he is the male version of Ann Romano. They figured her character was awesome the way she was, therefore, hook her up with the same type of personality.

That's a hard one...

But I guess that would have to be the second Morgan Matthews on 'Boy meets World', played by Lindsay Ridgeway. First, they have this adorable, cute, funny Lily Nicksay playing Morgan just fine. Then they ignore the character for an entire season. Then they bring her back and Ridgeway is playing the part. Sure, it is fun to see them poke fun at the Chuck Cunningham-syndrome, but they should've sticked with Nicksay.

Smile Two Of The Worst Sitcom Characters

My choice for two of the worst sitcom characters are:

1. James Evans (Good Times) - He had a bad attitude problem. He was always mad and always took his anger out on everybody. He had a bad attitude towards people including his own family. He treated his family like garbage. A very nasty person.Very unpleasant to watch.

2. Marie Barone (Everybody Loves Raymond) - A control freak who can't leave her children alone. She treats them like babies constantly and sticks her nose in their lives giving them no privacy. She's very nosy and very obnoxious. She's right in front of James Evans because she is another character very unpleasant to watch.
