Ewing Oil Staff - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I was a big fan of Dallas in its original run. In looking back, J.R. and Bobby were about the only ones shown running the company from an office standpoint. Was there a large office staff that viewers never saw, or did J.R. and Bobby handle everything?

There was a large staff. That building they had their office in was supposed to be the Ewings' building. They had their main offices on that one floor, but it is assumed they had more use of the building. They rented out the remaining floors.
