A third actor (who received no billing) played the "Demi-Hulk," the middle man
between Bill Bixby and Lou Ferrigno. His name is Ric Drasin, and he won the
role because he bears a resemblance to both Bixby and Ferrigno. He is seen
in the mid-transformation scenes, esp. in the episodes "Prometheus" and
"747." A wrestler, Drasin was also a friend of Ferrigno. For "Prometheus,"
they needed someone smaller than Lou but bigger than Bill. For that memorable
episode, Bixby only supplied the Demi-Hulk's voice, which allowed him and Lou
Ferrigno to film another episode at the same time. The whole story, with some
really cool photos, is told in the Starlog publication WIZBANG! (COMICS HEROES
#2). It was published in 2003 and can probably be found on eBay. Also: for
pictures of Ric Drasin, he has his own website: www.ricdrasin.com. There you
will find Demi-Hulk makeup and articles.
