Default NBA Season Starts Tonight

The Spurs & Denver is coming on TNT at 7pm. The 2nd game is Dallas & Phoenix on TNT. I can't wait until Friday because the Cavs are playing the Spurs on ESPN in San Antonio.

I'm glad the Preseason is over. Time for some REAL NBA action.

TF Storm i'm a Pistons fan too. I've been a fan of their's since they had Isiah Thomas, Joe Dumars, Vinnie Johnson, Bill Laimbeer, Adrian Dantley, John Salley, Dennis Rodman. I didn't like Adrian being traded to Dallas for Mark Aguirre. Isiah made that trade happen because him & Mark are best friends. Adrian was very upset at Isiah for getting him traded. I was watching ESPN Classic a few weekends ago & they showed the rivalry between the Bulls & Pistons in the 80's. They had some intense games. The Pistons used to beat up on Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen & the rest of the team. Then when the Bulls finally beat them in the playoffs in 91, the Pistons walked past the Bulls bench like some bi*ches. It was ok as long as the Pistons was beating them every year but as soon as they lost, they couldn't handle it. Joe Dumars & John Salley were the only players to shake the Bulls players hands after the last game of the series. Joe Dumars has always had class. TF Storm what you think of the Pistons chances this year for a championship? I think they'll get back to the championship but it's gonna be tough this year because Miami, Cleveland, Indiana is gonna make it tough for them.

I can't wait to see my Wolves play..especially without that 70 year-old backcourt they had the last couple seasons.

Hey Dutabi, I saw them play a week ago Saturday in preseason vs. Milwaukee. They looked pretty good then.

First game of the year on here went to OT with the Bucks beating the 6ers. Great start!!!!!!!!1

I was too young to remember the original "Bad Boys" Pistons team, but I like to read about them. I'm a big fan of Joe Dumars, I think he was an underrated player and makes a great President Of Basketball Operations for the team now.

And on them getting back to the Finals, Detroit is going to be the team to beat in the east. Do I think they'll make it to the finals? Yes. But Indiana is looking better this year with Ron Artest back in the game. They're going to miss Reggie Miller in the late seconds of the game, but I guess they did alright without Artest last year, so they should be a good team this year without Reggie.

I'm not REALLY worried about Cleveland, but if Miami can get some good chemistry going with their "new" team, they're going to have one heck of a starting 5. From what I've seen in the Preseason they don't look quite as good as last year's Miami team. But we'll see over the regular season. I hear Wade has some beef with Coach Ron Jeremy.

I still think the Pistons biggest challenge is going to be San Antonio, if Detroit makes the Finals (I really don't doubt they will, they should) Even though the Spurs looked horrible in the Preseason, they're still the NBA Champions...So there's no reason why they shouldnt be right in the Finals again this year, they've even improved a little since then.

But, if Tayshaun Prince continues to improve, and the revamped Bench + Darko continues to play as well as they did in the preseason (Heck, if they even did half as good it's better than last years bench) San Antonio is going down.

The Pistons are hungry this year after such an upsetting loss in the Finals, so they're going to play hard.

Sumup: I think the Pistons are going to be the '06 World Champions.

How about that Double-Overtime Loss at home for the Suns? Dallas shouldve never let them even take that to overtime period. The Suns are missing key players this season and still took them to Double Overtime.

Hornets killed the Kings last night. Major concern for Sacramento.

How about that buzzer beater with .8 seconds left by Rip Hamilton off the touch and shoot inbounds pass by Tayshaun Prince? Good finish.
