I liked the ones where they entertained at the Old Folks Home, particularly when Barbara & Julie did the Elton John/Kiki Dee thing

I liked the Julie & Chuck running away episodes

I liked the episodes with David and him wanting to marry Ann

I liked when Jenny Roblicki, the bartender/cocktail waitress moved in next door

I liked when Barbara was dating Cliff Randall and Bob Morton was always hanging around

I liked Julie's romance with Max & Barbara's romance with Mark

The run away episodes always stood out for me, that's why I'm hoping when they finally release the dvd (fingers crossed) it'll be seasons 1 and 2 at the same time.

Default Fave Episodes

Excuse me if I don't recall all the episodes by their correct titles. I don't know the episode titles for ONE DAY... as well as I do for other faves. Regardless here goes.
#1. My ALL-TIME fave is "The Upholstery Ripoff" where Ann battles with new neighbour Ginny Wrobilki. There are so many hilarious put-down lines in this episode that Mary Louise Wilson gives Bea Arthur a good run for her money. That's what I love it so much!
#2. When Schneider decides to propose to Ginny at a party despite Ann's disapproval.
#3. The 2-parter where Barbara encounters the needy classmate who ends up trying to commit suicide.
#4. The episode where Barbara tries to change her image from wholesome to sexy.
#5. The show where Mark Hamill plays Schneider's theiving nephew

I like all the ones were Barbara was the main focus, and the one where baby Annie was born.

The show where Barbara dressed up as Elton John and Julie was Kiki Dee and they sang "Don't go breaking my heart."

The one where Julie married Max instead of the other guy.

I'm sure there's other eps but I can't remember them.

I'll play along and name some, but all of mine are also going to have a common denominator.

Barbara's Emergence- VB's breakout ep

The Girls Alone- Just Julie and Barbara in the apartment for half an hour, with the required Ann's not really dead phone call at the end

Barbara's Rebellion- actually funny

Jealousy(the Greg Evigan one, not the identically named first season episode)-because I like the singing AND it's fun to scour the internet and find people complaining someone would pick Julie over Barbara.

The Broken Nose-for a few reasons

Pressure-another good VB performance, especially the second half

I like Shelly Fabares first appearance as Francine when she tries to take over Ann's job.
Actually any episode focusing on Ann and Francine.
I like the Jealousy 2-parter with Greg Evigan. I like the rivalry between the sisters, and how Barbara tries to seduce Greg.
I also like the episode where Barbara gets jealous when Bob starts dating the southern belle cutie played by Elissa Leeds.

That one where Ann yells at her daughters.
The one where Julie acts like a total brat.
Oh, and the one where Schneider says something stupid.

The two parter tonight where Annie was born!!!! Very sweet, of course along with the usual ODAAT drama, but in the long run turned out very sweet!

I am sure we must have discussed this before??? I can't find the old thread from last time!!!

LOL @ Max saying Barbara was a goody two shoes who has dimples on her butt!!!! I seriously thought we had posted about that before! Opus? Anna? Anyone?

[WS Gm.1 finally over]

I looked, Google looked, nothing. For whatever reason, we didn't care about Julie's baby.I didn't watch tonight. But I do remember wondering, with his wife just about to give birth, why Max was thinking about Barbara's butt.

For some reason he was associating "butt dimples " with being a goody two shoes IDK!!! Like you would associate a sweet child having cute dimples on their face I guess, ? Still it was kind of strange!! Than Barbara yelling "I don't have dimples on my butt""!!!! Like Mark the other day saying if he doesn't play golf before the wedding he has nothing to do but sit in a corner and count his toes? Just a couple of the strange mysteries from ODAAT!!!

Not to mention. It's kind of unusual to have a building Super, a little boy you pretty much just met, and a new brother in law in the room with you while you're giving birth!!!
