The last episode was such a letdown. If it were up to you, how should it have ended?

I read this many times, and although the final episode wasn't that "special" for me, it did end the series with a sense of finality, which is more than mosr shows manage.
All I see are those unhappy with the ending... is there anyone out there who like me, did pretty much enjoy the final episode except for the fact that I in no way want (while in the moment) to see Seinfeld end?
How should it have ended?
