Default Don't ya think they were crowded in that one little apartment?

The entire family was always in the livingroom..there was a galley kitchen and the eating area was part of the livingroom. I see why there were always in eachother's face. Barbara and Julie were in highschool and still sharing one bedroom. Its amazing they didn't kill eachother off!

If the Evanses could survive, so could the Romanos/Coopers.

Given that Ann became an executive at the advertising agency she was working for she could had got a bigger apartment so Julie and Barbara could had their own room. Ann was pulling in a decent salary to have a bigger apartment. I say that because I cannot stand apartments and I feel too closed in when I am in one.

She might have started making more money, but she and the girls probably preferred to have extra money to buy things instead of getting a bigger apartment.

Ann should have never let Barbara take that minimum wage job in the sporting goods store when Barbara quit college. She should have made her work in something with more growth potential. Ann was too dependent on Schneider to move and give her family a better life.

I always liked her early bowl cuts with the straight bangs. Didn't she wear her hair like that for the first several seasons? I never liked the short hair on her at all.

What are you talking about??? Ann was a hottie with that short hair and got rid of that plain Jane look they gave her the first few seasons. If you noticed she was dressing her up better as well. That short Dorothy Hammil style fit her well.

Doesn't Ann looks like or resemble Muriel from "Too Close For Comfort?"

I do. I raised the question on a thread over a year ago. Preference: Bonnie Franklin, Ann Romano, or Nancy Dussault, Muriel Rush of Too Close for Comfort?

Who do you preferred??

Do you think Nancy Dussault could had played Ann Romano as well?
