There used to be a tv show about a man who had a robot. I think the robot was played by Julie Newmar but I'm not sure. I think the show was on in the late 70"s or early 80's. Anyone remember this show and the name of it?

I think you might be talking about 'My Living Doll'. It was from 1964 and had Julie & Bob Cummings. I got this from a DVD I have called Holy Batmania, and they did a segment on Julie. According to that, it only lasted 1 season. That had alot to do with the fact that it was opposite Bonanza.

I have that DVD too. So I knew what Donna was talking about, but I couldn't remember the name so I got out my TV book and looked up Julie Newmar.
