Suicide Mistakken for a Halloween decoration, Oct.2005

The apparant suicid of a 42 women who's body was haning from the tree.unreported for hours,busy busy st,people walking under the tree,some thought it was a halloween decoration.

Authorities Says

The 42 year old women used rope to hang herself and across from the street with homes and schools.The road was modertelly busy and like I said boys and girls walkers all kinds of poeple walk,drive this way, and they said,but thought it was a halloween prank.The body hanging 15ft from ground could have been seen easily seen from passing vehicles.
States police spokeman for CAP,Jeff Oldham and neighbors said people notice the body at breakfast But dissmissed it because they to thaught it was a halloween stunt.The cops were called more then 3 hours later. The police thought it was a Halloween Decoration.

Fay Gladsen wife of Mayor William Gladsen told the Willmington news.
'It looked like someone had rigged the body up the tree"she said.

Wow creep story Can't beleve. nowone new that the bodie was real expecialy on a modertelly, busy road.

I knew that the police thought it was a dead body, but it was a decoration on the tree. I'm glad it's just a decoration on the tree. I know that some of their homes have a decoration on a tree on it.
