Default Discontinued Products You Loved

Anyone ever had a favorite product discontinued? I found out this weekend that my fav shampoo was discontinued. pissed: I love that stuff. So I bought up a bunch of it and am looking for more. I'm in hoarding mode.

They always seem to discontinue my favorite mechanical pencils. Oh yeah, and Pilot made this AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME liquid ink pen I loved to use many years ago. I loved it because it wrote smoothly, it was the right size and there was a lot of ink so it lasted a long time. They haven't made these since, I think, the end of my freshman year in 2000. Sigh...

A few years ago they introduced a new juice, Berry Berry (one of the Cranberry Juices). It was really good, but then they stopped selling it.
The same goes for Cherry applesauce. They came out with it. It was really good, and then they stopped selling it.
Back in the '80's they used to make Welch's grape soda. Yes, I know they still make it, but it tastes completely different from what it did back then. It was really good back then, I don't like how they make it now, it doesn't taste right.
Mr. Pibb was really good. They only make Mr. Pibb Xtra now. They no longer sell Mr. Pibb. Mr. Pibb Xtra tastes awful to me.
OMG I forgot about Mr. Pibb. I guzzled it like no tomorrow...this was back when I used to guzzle both Dr Pepper and Mr. Pibb.

In the late 80's, they used to have video game character sodas. I miss them. They had Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cereal in the 80's, as well as Mario and Zelda cereal. They were packaged together in the same box, but were separate cereals. I don't think I ever ate them, but I'm pretty sure my brother did.

General Mills (I think it was) sold Smores cereal in the 80's...They stopped selling them in the early-mid 90's. Mmmm, it was GOOD. They're back, but now I think Kellogg makes them and that cereal tastes like crap.

Another cereal I realllllllllllllly miss is Cinnamon Mini Buns. They were SO SO SO GOOD. I haven't seem them since at least 1995.

Two more sodas I can think of are Surge. I drank Surge briefly in the mid-90's and, um, there was a citrus-flavored soda that I'm forgetting the name of right now. It was in a yellow can and had purple lettering and I believe an illustration of a citrus fruit behind the lettering. Crap....what was the name? I didn't drink that because it was nasty but I miss not seeing them in stores anymore.

Oh yes, Crystal Pepsi. I can recall a time when there were NO 20-oz soda bottles. Can we go back to those pre-20-oz bottle days? Please?

Choco Tacos were the greatest! I didn't know they don't make them anymore. I always used to get them from the ice cream man.

No, they still make that and Squirt has red lettering, not purple.

Ohhhhhhh, I just remembered. It was Citra. They must've discontinued it when they discontinued Surge.

Okay, stop the presses...I just looked on savesurge.org and apparently Citra is now Fanta Citrus. Interesting.

I used to eat these Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Pies all the time when I was like 5, I am not sure if I would still like them though but they were great.

I remember Pespi Blue...sorta looked like Windex I tried it a few times but never really got in to it. I also remember the Crystal Pepsi from when I was younger and then suddenly it was gone. I guess people liked their soda sh*t brown.

Hmm, the only thing I can remember that I really liked being discontinued were the Taco Bell cheese fries. Now, these weren't Nathan's fries...they were long, stringy fries that they served to you in a box and they were covered with hot, melted cheese and scallions They were so effing yummy! I was pissed when they disappeared one day Then Nathan's was added and I never saw them again.
