Go to www.snapfiles.com, and in their "freeware" section is a tool called "Popup Manager." It works great!

no offense but why do you need one? if you have XP and Sevice Pack 2 installed Internet Explorer has a built-in popup blocker, and firefox has a built-in pop-up blocker as well.
if you have popups opening up when you AREN'T online - you have a virus or spyware problem |
