NBA season is starting November 1st & i can't wait. How you think Portland Trail Blazers are gonna do? They signed Juan Dixon & Steve Blake in the offseason from the Washington Wizards. I'm very surprised Juan Dixon left Washington because he was one of their best players. That dude can shoot. Steve Blake on the other hand is too skinny & he doesn't do enough for me. Zach Randolph, Theo Ratliff, Ruben Patterson should do well for Portland this year. Portland doesn't have Damon Stoudamire, Derek Anderson, Shareef Abdur Rahim anymore so i think they won't make the playoffs this year. I feel bad for Nate McMillian because he should've stayed the coach of Seattle. I don't think Portland will ever be good again. Ever since Clyde Drexler, Terry Porter, Jerome Kersey, Cliff Robinson left Portland, Portland hasn't been a contender since. It's a shame Rasheed Wallace & Bonzi Wells left Portland because they were good when they were on the team but them 2 had to get outta town because they're ignorant LOL. Bonzi hasn't gotten in trouble since he left Portland so i guess he wised up. He's with Sacramento now. Memphis traded him in the offseason because he didn't get along with Hubie Brown.

I liked Portland when Danny Ainge was on the team too. Can you believe Rod Strickland is still in the league? LOL. He was with Houston last season. They probably cut him after the season.

The Blazers have a very young team(not to mention criminals). They won't be a competitive team for quite some time. If it's not dog fighting, it's marijuana.

I'm actually glad that Nate Mcmillan decided to leave Seattle. During the 2003, and 2004 season, many in Seattle were calling for Nate to be fired, since the Sonics weren't winning. I think he remembered that after last season, and it contributed to his decision to leave. As far as the blazers not being contenders since the days of Drexler, and all those guys go, that's not totally true. They were contenders in 2000, when they went 7 games against L.A. in the semi finals, but then lost a 15 point lead, and the series in the final quarter. Had they not cracked under pressure, I think they would have beaten the Indiana Pacers in the Finals. |

Embarassment isn't even the word. I'm a big Nets fan and I remember that there were bad times. After the Nets made the playoffs in 1998, it went downhill from there. Then all of a sudden, they are a championship. Although it's unlikely they'll make the playoffs within the next 2 years, they will improve. Just remember one thing. It's alot easier to break a team than it is to make a contender. |

LOL@DJ calling Portland's players criminals hahahahahahahahahaha. People have made up a name for the Trailblazers calling them the Jailblazers LOL. The Nets aren't gonna be good for awhile. Vince Carter, Jason Kidd, Richard Jefferson isn't gonna be enough to get them into the playoffs & even if they do make the playoffs, they'll lose in the first round. Nets management is so stupid for getting rid of Kenyon Martin & Kerry Kittles. I can't believe Cliff Robinson is still in the league. He played for the Nets last season. I wonder if he's still on the team.

Qyntel Woods got arrested for having his pit bull in dog fights and Damon Stoudamire always got caught with marijuana. Now, they are both out of Portland. The Nets do look good. Marc Jackson is playing very well and the young players are improving(except Jason Collins). I can understand the Nets trading Kittles but not Martin. He was the backbone of that team. Clifford Robinson is still playing for the Nets because he has that player option. The Nets may end up winning the Atlantic because every team in that division is capable of winning less than 40 games. |

Jason Collins is a scrub. The Sixers should've kept Marc Jackson. Little Mel you're kidding yourself if you think Portland is gonna make the playoffs this year. Don't make me laugh. Nate McMillian had a better chance of winning if he would've stayed with Seattle. Bob Weiss who is the new coach of Seattle isn't gonna get the job done. Antonio Daniels & Jerome James left Seattle & they were keys to Seattle's success last season. I wonder how much longer Ray Allen is gonna stay with Seattle.

It really annoys me when Collins, who is 7 feet tall, can't get a 20, 10 every game. At 7 feet tall, all you have to do is jump about 6 inches off the ground and you can dunk easily. Ray Allen signed a 5 year, $85 million contract during the summer so he'll be in Seattle for a long time as long as they don't start losing again. |

Darius Miles sure has been a disappointment. He didn't do much with the Cavs. He improved a little bit last season with Portland. Shareef Abdur Rahim is with Sacramento now. I didn't know he went there because he had failed his physical with the Nets. How do you fail a physical? LOL.
