Default Does anyone think Charmed should....

Does anyone else think charmed should have started out in HIgh School? NOt like sabrina, but like charmed in HS.lol. I think that would have kept the show more fresh each season. 3o yr old women fighting warlocks arent as interesting anymore. I love that they made BILLIE be in school. Thats what they should have done from the get-go. Anyone else agree?

I disagree.... then it would be much to similar to another WB drama starting a bit before Charmed. (that being Buffy)

I think its better that they are older. It wouldn't have worked if they were in school.

I think they have a nice blending now. They have the sisters in their 30's and Billie in college. I think there is a lot of good storyline there. I know a lot of people disagree, but I like the addition of Billie. It is something new and fresh for the show.

IMHO, i think it should stay like how it is. They started off quite young though. Just that not as young as High School.

I disagree... there already was Buffy (even though Nicholas Brendon and Charisma Carpenter both were older than Shannen Doherty and playing teens at the time) and Roswell during the same period starting out in high school (Buffy managed to last well into the characters were in their twenties, but Roswell's last episode was their high school graduation, so we never saw them as grown-ups). I think making the characters adults was a great idea and it's nice to see them all over thirty now.

Even then when on the witch thing, wasn't there Sabrina on around the same time about teenage witches? I think Shannen, Holly and Alyssa were all about the right age, all of them were experienced, but not too old, for their parts, Rose as well.

I agree with everyone else who said they should have been adults from the get-
go. That formula worked for eight seasons. Still, I do enjoy seeing Billie (Kaley
Cuoco). Giving them a young protege adds something to the mixture.
