Default Wheezy's Weight

Is it me, or does Isabel Sanford look thinner during Seasons 3 and 4 than she during the first two and the remainder of the series???

Yeah I have noticed that too.

Season 1 and 2: starting size
Season 3 and 4: lost
Season 5 on up: slowly gained the weight back and plus some.

For her height...it would of been good for her to stay where she was around season 3 and 4. I think the extra pounds made her look older.

She still looked good, in those later seasons.

I remember her being smaller in season 1. The 80's is when she really put on the weight

I was watching a few episodes over the weekend of season two and I notice that it's also the choice of clothes she wore. Some outfits were very flattering for her physic while others made her look a little bigger.

Definitely after watching it, I can definitely clarify that she gotten smaller in season 4.

To Me She Was A Little Thinner In Season 2 Then Season 1.
This Is How I See It
Season 1 Starting Size
Late Season 1 And Season 2 Began To Slowly Lose Weight
Season 3 And Early Season 4 Began To Lose Alot more Weight
Late Season 4 Ganied A Little Bet Back
Season 5 Ganied Some More Weight
Season 6-11 Gained WeightAnd Plus Some

I'm with Solomon. I always thought she looked pretty thin in the first season and in the All in the Family years. But by season 5, she put on the weight, and was probably the heaviest around seasons 8-10. It was also around then she started wearing heavy makeup, especially around her eyes.

I found the showing of Isabel's cleavage was unflattering and especially with her built and age. The last few seasons she put on quite a bit of weight.

Now Roxie Roker, on the other hand, looked more and more appealing as the seasons progressed.

To me she's an attractive person no matter what. When she got a little plump it was just that much more of her to love. Weezie was a true lady with real inner beauty.

Wow, well said, rich. I adored Weezy...she was my favorite character on that whole show. She was a gem. And I can definitely relate to the weight issues. Those who don't have these issues tend to think it's just about eating less and moving more when sometimes it is, but sometimes there's a lot more you're fighting too. I can consistently eat the same plate of food as everyone else and put on weight when no one else does. I find sometimes my body makes the rules, not my mind or my actions, and sometimes the rules my body makes don't make sense. I'm sure that's what was going on with her too. I can tell by her body type and the way she lost the weight and the way it came back. I have sooo been there!
