Details are slowly starting to snort in about the incident that happened Tuesday night with Rose McGowan at the T-Mobile party, the one that we waited in line for an hour to get into, despite the fact that we had been invited and RSVPd, and just gave up because not only is Perez a loser, but he's also a quitter and didn't want to wait another hour.

PerezHilton.com has learned that the L.A. Police Department has confirmed that there was indeed "an incident" that happened at the T-Mobile party, though they are refusing to comment beyond that.

Though we are not 100% certain if McGowan was arrested or detained, several witnesses have confirmed to PerezHilton.com that McGowan was escorted out of the party in handcuffs. Any way you look at it, that just ain't pretty!

Also, with regards to that "mysterious companion" photographed with Rose, we have a few details on him.

A source tells PerezHilton.com, "He's a scenester that's been around for years. I see him at parties and clubs all the time. He's an 'actor' - he was in JHo's video "Waiting for Tonight", and he was in that Lara Flynn Boyle law show playing a psychotic killer on trial. That's about it. He was hott for a half second in 1999. He's a hanger on that knows lots of celebs."

^Yeah that has nothing. So I dont know. They usually have like, everything on this kind of thing. So either it was really small...or it didnt happen.
