TJL Cancelled! - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Sitcoms Online has cancelled TJL effective immediatly. according to sources.

"TJL, Senior Member and problem child since 2001, has hit a ratings slump recently, so we are pulling him from the boards," Sitcoms Online moderator Janice stated earlier this evening. "It has been a pleasure working with him, and all his Hawkeye avatars are up for grabs."

TJL, who is currently working on a computer program that would enable him to make fun of celebrities in a faster and more efficient matter, was unavailable for comment.

New York (GP) - Former Sitcoms Online Senior Member TJL is happy, alive and well, and taking his cancellation like a man.

"Oh I bawled like a collicky baby when i heard the news," TJL said via cell phone from his plush Manhattan abode. "But these things happen. It's just like a breakup with a girlfriend. Except this time the locks weren't changed on my door and my crap wasn't left out in the hallway. I'm pretty sure that bastard in 4C took my Gamecube, but I can't prove it."

After four years of hard work providing thousands of quips, puns and Ben Affleck related putdowns, TJL felt the cancelation was the right thing to do.
"Oh sure, I could have gone on for a few more years dishing out sub par humor and forcing the same worn out out gags on my audience, but I'm going to leave that to the folks at Will And Grace. I've got my other projects to work on."

When asked to elaborate on one of those special projects, TJL gave us a little tease of what was to come. "An ad agency has hired me to make bathroom grafitti funnier; you know, a little more zip...I've got lots of ideas about that. I've also got this idea to write and perform ten second puppet shows for kids with Attention Defecit Disorder. Haven't gotten the backing for that yet though...Need to make the puppets too....Is it alright if I check the message boards now?"
