Is Rick leaving NYPD Blue???

No he is still under contract. Dana Delaney is leaving the show and i think there just using his character as a way to set up her farewell.

Yes. Unfortunately, Rick has officially left the show NYPD Blue. Here's all the info. He will probably be replaced by Mark Paul Gosselaar which might not be too great given his track record but then again, no one expected Rick to be good for the show either.
