The Bears are the only team of the 4 you said that suprise me. The team that really shocked me the most was the Bengals. If they beat the Steelers tomorrow, they're going to the playoffs without a doubt.

Even if the Bengals do lose tomorrow I still think they are going to the Playoffs with this remaining schedule

Solomon, you got to remember, it is how you finish. Dallas is only first because they are the only team in the division who didn't have a buy week yet. As for the Bills, the AFC East is up for grabs as of now. The Patriots have been depleted, and every team in the division have flaws. As for the Bears, they will win that by default. The Buccaneers is probably the team that is playing consistant ball out the your list.

The Bears won't win the division. Last year, the Packers started 1-4 and they finished with 9 wins and the division title. Also, the Bears won 13 games 3 years ago and they lost their first playoff game. I still have faith in the Packers.
