There were so many good ones but a couple I didn't like. One was the 3-part episode where Fred was given a trip to Hawaii to speak at the United Junkmen of America convention. but was actually given the trip to smuggle diamonds off the island by thieves. There weren't many laughs during this long 90 minute episode.

To Junkdealer: I think I remember the show. It must have been an episode when Fred was away because I remember Grady getting involved. Grady asked Woody if he was a man or a creampuff. Woody said that if Grady gave him a glass of whiskey he would tell him. First I think Ester moved in with Lamont and Grady then Woody moved in after Esther returned to their home and booted Woody out.

Actually I liked this episode a lot. I didn't care for "The Hawaiian Connection" episodes very much. Once you get the gang out of the junkyard or neighborhood it wasn't funny...

I think the Oddfather [season 5] and the Hawaii trilogy were by far the worst episodes of the entire series.

The Oddfather was just ridiculous, I cringed at the stupidity.

The Hawaii series was too long and boring. For a majority of the three episodes, the only familiar S&S characters were Fred and Lamont. And since they were out of their normal environment [Watts], and away from the usual people they interface with regularly, their normal 'schtick' and rapport wasn't there and it was out of sync.

The Tower Of Power and Whopper Chopper episodes were straight up crap. There wasn't any reason for those episodes.

Oh No

I don't care for any show without Fred. One episode with Fred that I dislike is the one where he's stepping out on Donna, and Lamont sets him up to get caught. I know Fred was wrong, but I want to punch Lamont's lights out everytime I see that sneaky face where he first gets the idea to sandbag his own father.

I agree the Steinberg & Son episode wasn't funny. Why do these successful TV shows always have to have the characters coming up with their own TV show? Like Seinfled and Andy Griffth...in some cases it works okay but Steinberg & Son didn't. Also, the finale wasn't funny at all! Remember when Fred goes to get his GED? Few laughs in this one...

Any of the episodes Redd Foxx missed due to a contract dispute. They weren't very funny.

One of the absolute WORST episodes was the so-called (by TVLand in their promos for the episode) "The Whitman Sampler",referring to the late Whitman Mayo (Grady)and his spin-off episode from "Sanford and Son"where Grady moved in with his daughter and son-in-law.That did NOT feature Fred or Lamont, just Rollo, and was NOT funny. There were a lot of them from the last two seasons (too many to mention)that were NOT funny, and when Redd came back from his strike, and new producers took over,(the producer of the first three seasons,Aaron Ruben, had left),the series began a downhill spiral.
